Plant-based desserts are our fave… and this one is no exception! Full of healthy fats and oozing with a decadent chocolatey flavour, this Avocado Chocolate Mousse is a great way to indulge without having to worry about any artificial nasties.
2 ripe organic avocados
1tsp Mokhado Avocado Oil
50g organic cacao powder
1tsp organic vanilla extract
3 tbsp organic agave syrup
Cacao nibs for topping
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add a little more agave syrup for sweetness.
- Scoop into 4 glasses and chill for about an hour before serving. Top with cacao nibs and fruit - we love topping with strawberries!
