Whip up an impressive stack of vegan pancakes courtesy of @vegan.cosmos using none other than our sweet Macadamia Oil, because who needs an excuse to eat pancakes?
1 cup wholewheat flour (125g) - use gluten free flour to make these GF!
1 cup soy milk (240ml)
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
Mokhado Macadamia Oil to fry
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and combine until smooth
Add a drizzle of Macadamia Oil to the pan and fry the mixture, flipping pancakes until golden
Top with your favourite toppings - vegan.cosmos uses fresh cherries, banana, cacao nibs and date nectar
